This is an online course with anything from 6 – 12 people spread across three continents. We will be using Zoom to do this. This system means that you can see everyone in the group and the break out rooms give us the flexibility to work as a whole group, singly or in pairs.  People can choose to do it in the privacy of their home or meet with others to share the experience. The course enables you to look at 8 different areas of your life, such as relationships, work, money, health, recreation and educational development, to see what it is you want to create in each of these areas. It has useful tools for setting priorities and for addressing and removing procrastination and self sabotage.

You will discover what your underlying and deepest purposes are for each of these 8 life areas and what your overall purpose is for your life, right now! Expect satisfaction and surprise! 

The course has a set of audio material for each participant with supplementary and explanatory material and is a mixture of experiential exercises and underlying psychology. A workbook will be sent out to everyone before the course.

There is work to develop your discoveries between sessions and ongoing support after the course.
