Re-Imagining Relationships;
creative curiosity, joy and change
Friday 30th Sept – Monday 3rd Oct
Standing your ground in secure and wobbly times Residential Course in Ruffec, France
This initially 8 days course in beautiful South West France has been rescheduled to cover three long weekends in Sept/Oct, May and July. Overall it gives you the opportunity to
- open up to your creative intuition and innate wisdom
- understand the neuro-perception involved in your responses and feelings
- move past your frustrations to sustain safe, satisfying and surefooted relationships, enabling you to be who you really are, both alone and with another.
Covid 19 changes:
I would like all of us to have a lateral flow test before the course starts. Please let me know if that will be a problem. We will also agree on what level of proximity to each other we feel comfortable with.
Re-Imagining Relationships – Residential Course
Location:
La Maison des Nuages
5 bis Avenue de la Libération, 16700
Ruffec, Charente
France
Group size and eligibility for the residential course:
- This group will comprise of 3-4 participants with Zoë Grace Cozens as facilitator and sometimes a team member. The course includes individual, pairs, triad and whole group interactions and working with paint, clay, fabric, silence, visualisation, stillness, movement, natural resources and indoor and outdoor space. All resources will be provided but bringing your own journal is always a good idea.
- Eligibility is very simple. You need to be a human being who has had some relationships in your life! In addition, it helps if you want to create the sort of relationships that give the most mutual satisfaction, without either person having to sacrifice who they are at their core. You can come with or without another person and that person might be a friend, family member, colleague or intimate partner. You don’t currently have to be in a relationship to gain from this course.
Part 1 course content:
Day 1: Arrival at the course venue (in France) | Sunday 30th September. Evening meal and meeting each other. We will do a getting to know each other exercise which starts us on our journey of sharing our stories and sensing our narratives.
Day 2: Who we are, who we bring with us and what we want next:
Group care, conscious re-imaginings, visualisation, the myths and the missing parts, words into pictures, sharing, witnessing and safety
Day 3: Secret, silent, safe spaces:
Whispered names, embodying safety, building and owning your sacred space, boundaried welcomes, outside in and the song of the garments!
Day 4: If flights allow we could have a final breakfast together before travelling home, replete with new understandings and clarity re the next step of the journey.
Ongoing support and connection
There will be monthly Zoom workshops to continue and deepen the work we have started. These will be arranged with the participants.
