What is it? This is a 3 day course on using art, clay, storytelling and visualisation to enable you to change your relationships with the knowledge of what you have unconsciously brought to it from your childhood.

How will it be structured? We will be using a range of different ways of working; small group discussion; individual art and clay work; visualisation and identication ot unmet childhood needs and learning and practicing a new way of hearing and being heard. 

 Who is it for?

• People who want to understand past hopes and dreams and create new ones.
• Couples who want to clarify the purposes and direction for their relationship.

• Mothers & daughters/fathers & sons whose relationships are changing
• Any-one who wants to create new relationships and improve existing ones

A willingness to be honest with yourself about your own behaviours;  willingness to be vulnerable and to allow yourself to feel your feelings;a willingness to witness and honour each others’ journeys; a willingness to learn different approaches in order to communicate
