We will have a small group of 6 people taking the course, and one or two team members, as well as myself to support each person well. We use group work, facilitated individual and pair work in a safe, and beautiful environment.

We will start the week on Sunday evening with a meal together, use Monday, Tuesday and Thursday as course days. On Wednesday and Friday you can either visit local markets and beauty spots. Or you can choose to have a quieter time walking in the forest which in behind the house, swimming in the pool, lying in a hammock or meditating in the meadow. We will eat together most evenings and at lunch times on local and deliciously prepared food. Vegetarian and vegan food is always on the menu as is gluten free food.

The course has a self preparation exercise and ongoing work to take the tools learnt into your every day life.

After the course there is an opportunity to get ongoing group support. Travel: the best way is to fly via Ryanair from Stansted to Poitiers. The flights leave at approx. 2pm arriving in Poitiers at 4.30pm. To return the flight leaves at 5pm arriving at Stansted at 5.30pm.  We will collect and take you to the airport unless you would prefer to take the train to Montmorillon station to experience French trains!

What is it? It is a course which enables you to think deeply about what you want for and from your relationships. This applies equally at home or at work, with friends, family or colleagues.

You discover what happens within yourself that makes you disconnect, and how to rectify this. You learn an incredibly effective form of communication which can radicalise how you are in conflictual situations. You explore how to replace walls between you and others with healthy boundaries. Find your own empowering purposes for all your relationships through working on three, in depth, during the 3 days.

We use group work, facilitated individual and pair work in a warm and cozy environment. Unless we have more than 8 people we will be in the annexe at the back of the large hall.

For lunch we will go to Anglesey Abbey which has a large and lovely cafeteria and food which is reasonably priced and nourishing. It is a 5 minute drive away.
