May poster pdf

Format: a small group of 6 – 9 working on[2]

How will we work?
After looking at the expected course outcomes the group will go into triads to identify which griefs are affecting their lives currently.  Each person will have 5 minutes as we will give more time to art work, which is private and intimate, although can be shared if wished.

There will be a guided meditation when your sound will be turned off, so you can sigh, whoop, cry or breathe noisily without anyone else hearing. For some of you this might be the first online workshop or course you have taken so this may be reassuring to know.

There will also be times of expressing emotions, and again you may decide to turn off your mikes and turn your back to the screen. It can be helpful to keep your screen on so that you know that you are sharing this journey with others who are also feeling things strongly.

As preparation it is recommended to watch Sophie Sabbage’s wonderful 15 minute TED talk, Winning through Grief. When I watched it there was such synchronicity in our approaches I asked her for her permission to use it in this context.[3].

Course fees: Please look at the registration form and BACS the correct amount to Ms Zoe Grace Cozens 30-94-47 00289021, £20 full price £13 concs.
