Course:   Power of Connection (POC)

This course is all about connecting to yourself, connecting to your purposes for your relationships and connecting to other people, whether in your work or home life.  It is centred on being real and authentic, whether you feel loving or resentful. or both at the same time.  It enables you to understand complex feelings and to shift them so that they reflect what you really want in your life, for both yourself and those who you care about.

We will have a small group of 12 people taking the course, and one or two team members, as well as myself to support each person well. We use group work, facilitated individual and pair work in a safe, and beautiful environment.

The course has a self preparation exercise and ongoing work to take the tools learnt into your every day life.

After the course there is an opportunity to get ongoing, free, group support and downloadable e-seminars. As for all the mentor courses, there is a money back guarantee if you complete the course and do not find any benefit in the material. This has not yet been the case!
